Ingredients:
* 1 salmon fillet (about 6 ounces)
* 1 tablespoon soy sauce
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* 1/2 teaspoon honey
* 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
* 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
* 1 ripe avocado, sliced
* 1 egg, hard-boiled and peeled
* 1 cup mixed greens
* Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions:
* Prepare the Salmon:
* In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, olive oil, sesame oil, honey, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, and black pepper.
* Brush the mixture evenly over both sides of the salmon fillet.
* Cook the Salmon:
* Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
* Grill the salmon for 4-6 minutes per side, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
* Let the salmon rest for a few minutes before slicing.
* Assemble the Bowl:
* Place the mixed greens in a bowl.
* Top with the sliced salmon, avocado, and hard-boiled egg.
* Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
Tips:
* You can use any type of salmon you like.
* If you don't have a grill, you can bake the salmon in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes.
